SMS Program Terms

Program Overview

Program name: Lumen Marketing Solutions Client Communications

Lumen Marketing Solutions is a marketing agency that provides advertising, lead follow up, and customer messaging services to small and local service businesses. Our SMS program sends text messages to business owners and prospective clients who request information from us, including replies to inquiries, scheduling and reminders for consultation calls, follow up about our services, account and service notifications for current clients, and, only for people who separately opt in to marketing messages, occasional offers and updates about our services.

Opt-In Consent

You opt in to our SMS program by entering your phone number on our website contact form at lumenmarketing.co/contact or another Lumen Marketing Solutions form, and checking the box that consents to receiving text messages. Service messages and marketing messages each have their own checkbox. Neither box is checked by default, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive more messages right after you submit an inquiry or schedule a call, and fewer during ordinary engagement. Marketing messages, if you opt in to them, are sent no more than a few times per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Re-Subscribe

If you opted out and want to receive messages again, reply START to our number or submit the contact form again with the consent box checked.

Eligibility

The program is available to users in the United States who are 18 years of age or older.

Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes to the Program

We may change or end the SMS program at any time. Changes to these terms will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
